Medical condition being duplicated on the system
Often questions can link medical conditions together.
Answering the same questions about a condition can cause duplication, and sometimes a loop of questions.
When you’re being asked a question about a condition already noted, please select the Already declared answer.
This will prevent the same questions from being asked again, and avoid duplication.
