    Amending your travel insurance policy following medical treatment

    Do you need to amend your travel insurance policy following medical treatment?

    Yes, you must notify us of all changes to your state of health, as your policy may need to be updated.

    Please note, there may also be an additional premium to pay.

    Adding a medical condition to your existing policy

    You’ll need to call us to add a medical condition to your existing policy. Please call +61 2 9333 3923 and one of our consultants will help you.

    Frequently asked questions about a change in your state of health

    Do you have to notify us of a change in your medication?

    Yes, you should notify us at the earliest opportunity of any change in your medication. This is to make sure your medical declaration is up to date and that you have the correct cover in place for when you travel.

    What do you do if you're diagnosed with a new medical condition, or your existing condition changes before you travel?

    If you develop a new medical condition or there is a change in your state of health you must notify us at the earliest opportunity.

    Particularly before you book or start a journey, as cover may be affected. To make any changes to your original medical declaration please call us on +61 2 9333 3923  and we will make the changes.

    Please note an additional premium may also be required following an amendment.
